Verleihung der Ehren-Oscars 2012
Die Verleihung der hierzulande als Ehren-Oscars bekannten Governor Awards fand bereits vor zwei Wochen in Los Angeles statt.
Beim "Academy’s 3rd Annual Governors Awards Dinner" wurden drei Persönlichkeiten für ihr Lebenswerk bzw. für besondere Verdienste ausgzeichnet.

Ein Honorary Award 2012 ging an den Schauspieler James Earl Jones, der vor allem für seine Darstellung von Darth Vader in der "Star Wars"-Reihe Weltruhm erlangte.
Einen weiteren Preis durfte der Make-Up-Künstler Dick Smith in Empfang nehmen. Für besonderen humanitären Einsatz wurde Oprah Winfrey mit dem Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award geehrt.

Heute wurde in London der Titel des 23. James-Bond-Films bekanntgegeben, er lautet "Skyfall".
Auf der Pressekonferenz waren die Produzenten und Regisseur Sam Mendes anwesend und natürlich die wichtigsten Mitglieder des Casts.
Gedreht wird ab 07.11.11 in London, Schottland, der Türkei und China.

Til Schweiger als Tatort Kommissar HH im Gespräch
Der Spiegel will aus dem Umfeld des NDR erfahren haben, dass Til Schweiger den Hamburger Tatort-Kommissar Mehmet Kurtulus ersetzen soll, da dieser nicht für die gewünschten Quoten sorgt.

Eine offizielle Aussage des NDR gibt es dazu allerdings momentan noch nicht.

Loriot ist tot (1923 - 2011)
Einer der größten deutschen Humoristen der Nachkriegszeit ist tot.
Wie der Diogenes-Verlag mitteilte, starb der unter seinem Künstlernamen Loriot bekannte Vicco von Bülow am 22.08.2011 in seinem Haus in Ammerland am Starnberger See. Loriot wurde 87 Jahre alt.

Ridley Scott dreht neuen "Blade Runner"
Wenn das nicht mal DIE Nachricht der Woche ist.
Alcon Entertainment ließ mitteilen, daß man sich mit Ridley Scott über eine Fortsetzung von "Blade Runner" grundsätzlich geeinigt hat.
Eine exakte Planung des Projekts wird noch folgen, genauso muß das Drehbuch noch entstehen. Aus diesen Gründen steht auch noch nicht fest, ob es sich um ein Prequel oder Sequel handelt. Wobei laut einem Bericht des 'Hollywood Reporter' ein reines Remake ausgeschlossen sei.
Harrison Ford scheint als Darsteller aber nicht in Betracht zu kommen.
